Storelamp is an Indian e-commerce brand engaged in selling customized and ready-made apparel, including but not limited to T-shirts and merchandise. We operate and deliver products across India.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products displayed on Storelamp are subject to availability. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual colors, print placement, or finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing processes. Customized products are made as per customer selection and cannot be changed once production starts.

4. PRICING
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout. Storelamp reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.

5. PAYMENTS
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. Storelamp is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within the timeframe mentioned on the product page. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Storelamp is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Customized or printed products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Storelamp reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect details, or suspicious activity.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and layout, is the exclusive property of Storelamp. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful or misleading content, or misuse discount codes, offers, or promotions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
