Return & Refund Policy – StoreLamp
At StoreLamp, we work closely with content creators to produce exclusive merchandise. Since most products are made in limited quantities or on a made-to-order basis, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction and creator sustainability.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a defective product
You received a wrong item (size, design, or product different from what was ordered)
To be eligible:
The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Size issues or change of mind
Customized or personalized merchandise
Limited edition or creator-exclusive drops (unless defective)
Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery
We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product description before placing an order.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at support@storelamp.in (replace with your official email)
Include:
Order ID
Clear images/videos of the issue
Brief explanation of the problem
Our team will review the request within 48 hours. If approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the wallet
5. Replacement Policy
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for:
Damaged items
Wrong items sent
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
